Be it ADVISED: that this structure shall remain in effect for the duration of the 2011-2012 academic year.
This takes place in the Student Association Constitution, Article VI (The Senate), Section 3 (Responsibilities), statement 12. It also overrides what is presently there.
12. In cases of breaches in procedure or ethical dilemmas, shall hear appeals, review
and/or approve any event or expenditure that has been disapproved by the Programming
Board and the Budget and Finance Committee, only under the discretion of the Senate
Chair and Vice President of Finance.
