WHEREAS Article V Section 2 part C is inconsistent with Bill #1, and thus the Constitution (Article VI, Section 3 part 12); therefore the 52nd Student Senate proposes
A Bylaw Amendment
Therefore may the bylaws be amended to read as follows:
C. The decision of the Budget and Finance Committee is able to be appealed to the Student Senate in cases of breaches of procedure or ethical dilemmas.
- All such appeals are at the discretion of the Senate Chair and the Vice President of Finance.
