Description: 
Culture Shock is a hip hop dance troupe on SUNY New Paltz campus
Purpose: 
Culture Shock is a dance troupe on SUNY New Paltz campus which incorporates and performs hip hop and other types of dance at shows on campus as well as competes against other hip hop teams off campus and also puts on their own show in the fall called Dance Evolution. We aim to use dance as an outlet to express ourselves and present different styles of dance to others on campus and off-campus. Each semester we perform at different dance and cultural events on campus.
