An organization that meets to talk about history, classes, careers in history and steps to get there
Purpose: 
History Club is an organization that meets to talk about local/national/international history, history classes at New Paltz, and potential careers in history. Students can share information learned as well as give advice to other students on writing papers, completing theses, applying for grants and finding a good graduate program. Professors and people in the field can come to discuss various topics and students can just chat about interesting facts in a laid-back setting.
