Description: 
Jam Asia is an organization that strives to spread Asian culture awareness to the campus community.
Purpose: 
Jam Asia, at the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz, seeks to educate the community with ideals and concepts of Asian culture. Jam Asia holds various events as part of New Paltz's Rainbow Month and an end-of-the-year performance that allows students of Asian backgrounds and interests, to showcase their talents and culture. Along with spreading awareness, Jam Asia seeks to become an open portal for incoming students to network with current students on campus.
