Latinas Unidas

We, the members of Latinas Unidas, strive to transcend the empowerment of all women, with a primary focal point on the Latina women . Our main goals are to educate the New Paltz community on arising issues affecting Latino women. We aim to sponsor programs related to Latino culture, politics and society. We believe that through a mutual understanding of the issues we all face we can excel in women awareness. Our organization is gear on strengthening the unity of the student body, and we will achieve this through collaborations and teamwork. As members of Latinas Unidas, we hope to promote change, acceptance and understanding amongst all.
