Description: 
Teaching the basics of powerlifting, and pushing each other to set new personal and school records
Purpose: 
Many people just starting out in the gym don't know exactly what they are doing, and often times make little to no progress, or even hurt themselves. In this club we will be able to teach beginners how to properly perform compound lifts that all beginners should become acquainted with. For the intermediate to advanced lifters we will also be able to set "school records" for each weight class and compete against each other as well as to set our own personal records
