Description: 
A student run organization that teaches and celebrates South Asian culture.
Purpose: 
Our purpose on campus is to enhance the diversity that is already so rampant here at New Paltz. Through activities, informational presentations and field trips we hope to expose people to the beauty and depth of South Asian cultures as well as inform them of South Asian traditions, practices and beliefs. We are an open organization that truly believes in "the more the merrier" and have members from various backgrounds- together we make one group that is interested and more learned in South Asian culture.
