An organization for students of all programs in the Art Department
Purpose: 
PURPOSE: The Student Art Alliance works to provide entertainment and instruction beyond what is offered by current academic or recreational offerings at SUNY New Paltz. By organizing events accessible to artists and art-appreciators, both student and non-student (including the Art Lecture Series, Figure Drawing Sessions, and Open Studios); and by extending our interest and service to the local off-campus arts community, the SAA takes an active role in creating opportunity for artistic collaboration and engagement. All students with an interest in the arts are welcome to attend our meetings at any time.
