G.A.M.E.S.

G.A.M.E.S. is a student-initiated advocacy group wtih the intentions of raising awareness and promoting positive change surrounding gender-related/LGBTQ topics on the SUNY New Paltz campus. Our main focus will be advocating for the implementation of gender-neutral housing/bathroom facilities on campus, but will also include advocacy projects on a range of other gender-related topics. Mostly, we as a group, can collectively expand our agenda. As an organization, we will strive to continuously educate ourselves on these topics through workshops, engaging in open dialogues, exercises, and programming so that we can be better equipped to educate others and push for positive change here at New Paltz. G.A.M.E.S. also intends to work closely and respectfully with faculty, staff, administration, and the rest of the student body in our journey toward making the SUNY New Paltz campus a more gender-friendly environment.
