Description: 
A club to bring together New Paltz feminists.
Purpose: 
New Paltz Feminist Collective is a club that aims to bring together our campus' feminists in order to build a community and host events to expose people to feminist ideas. Feminism is just as important now as it was 50 years ago, and we believe in committing ourselves to spreading a message of equality for all people, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, age, ableness, religion, etc. We have no leaders because we're dedicated to keeping this group as "collective" as possible, therefore anyone can come to a meeting and suggest or run a feminist event on campus.
