Description: 
RPM is a group that unifies various forms of art and encourages artistic expression.
Purpose: 
RPM (Rap, Poetry, & Music) was founded to create and encourage an environment of positive creative expression for all poets, rappers, and musicians on campus at SUNy New Paltz. Weekly open-mic events help foster a culture of artistic independence and provide support and feedback to developing and established student artists. RPM's job is to aid and promote students throughout the campus community who wish to improve their skills as writers or musicians, as well as to offer helpful encouragement to new and up-and-coming student-artists.
