Council of Orgs
- Regular meetings Mondays at 9:30pm in LC 102 (Next meeting: 2/11)
Programming Board
- Program Requests will be handled by the VP Programming and VP Finance until meetings start
- The Programming process is being updated, but should be only one approval (Programming Board).
- Normal meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 9:30pm

BFC
- Members are selected by the senate and the council of orgs. If you are interested contact the VPFinance@newpaltzsa.com, or your SenateChair@newpaltzsa.com or CouncilChair@newpaltzsa.com
- First meeting tentativly scheduled for will be Thursday October 4th at 9:30
Senate
- First meeting is Tuesday September 25th at 8:30 in the SUB Multi-Purpose Room.
- If interested, contact SenateChair@newpaltzsa.com
Executive Board
- Thursdays at 6:30 in SUB 422.
- Get a peak at the business of the Executive Board.
Emergency BFC Meeting this Tuesday
Due to a lack of quorum on Thursday, we will be holding an emergency
BFC meeting this Tuesday, 2/19 at 3:30pm in SUB 422. We need to deal
with a time-sensitive conference. Please make sure you contact the VP
of Finance and let her know whether or not you can attend.

Clarification
Apparently this message went out to all of SA - my apologies for
this and the confusion it may have caused. The previous message
regarding the emergency BFC meeting only affects those members of the
BFC. ONLY REGARD THE LAST MESSAGE IF you are a member of BFC or a
member of your org is a member of BFC. otherwise, disregard it.
Again, sorry for the confusion.
